Stone wool slices that have pretty much rigid nature have optimum capacity of clearance volume and water-holding. Characteristics of Agricultural Rock-Wool
It contributes positively to the growing of plant roots as it contains breathable nature and has the characteristics of lower composition compared to other materials. 7,5 cm thickness is sufficient for the products that known as “slab”, but however that, 5 cm thickness is sufficient for the seedling cultivation known as “cube”. Besides this, there are some holes onto those “cubes”, which is suitable for seedling-planting. All products put into the high-quality plastic packages, whose UV conductivity were adjusted.
How to Use Agricultural Rock-Wool?
The cultivation process for the seedlings that planted onto “cubes” is conducted by taking into consideration of climate and technical specification of glasshouse, at which the cultivation process has been conducted. After placing “slabs” into the glasshouses, irrigation connections should be made. After that process, “slabs” are filled with the water with the help of those systems. Saturated “Slabs” are steep for 24 hours, and excess water is evacuated by making holes from the sub-section for drainage. Seedlings that planted onto “cubes” are placed onto suitable places of “slabs” and cultivation process are completed upon the finalization of drip irrigation connections.
